# Welcome to the Hypercasino

At Melee, we're creating the next generation of gambling games: Massive Multiplayer Online Gambling Games (MMOGGs).

MMOGGs are *social* games played for *stakes* which combine elements of *luck* and *skill*. All our games are fully onchain, with self-custody, and better odds than traditional casinos.

As they did in Summers passed, degens will once again compete onchain for wealth and glory.
